NukAlert Warranty Program

& Battery Replacement Program


Two Year Warranty

    KI4U, Inc. will repair or replace (at its option), free of charge, any NukAlert that fails within the first two years after purchase.

    The purchase date may be established by our records or copies of evidence provided by the purchaser.

    This warranty is transferable.

    This warranty does not cover abuse, physical destruction, or any unit that has been intentionally opened by the user.

    Failure may be indicated by a unit that no longer produces the “ticking” sound or by a unit that exhibits constant chirping or other sounds.


Prorated Ten Year Warranty

    After the expiration of the two year warranty, KI4U, Inc. will repair or replace (at its option), any NukAlert, returned for any reason (incl battery replacement) for $35:


    Procedure:

    • Ship the unit to:

      KI4U, Inc.
      212 Oil Patch Lane
      Gonzales, Texas, 78629

    • Enclose dated proof of purchase.

    • If two year warranty is time expired, then also enclose $35 (check or money order made out to: "KI4U. Inc.") for Prorated Ten Year Warranty program or Battery Replacement Program.

      The units will be returned by USPS Priority Mail.

      Turnaround is currently running at five business days.

    The warranties described here are the exclusive warranties offered by KI4U, Inc. and its suppliers and are in lieu of all other express and implied warranties whatsoever, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. In no case will KI4U, Inc. or its supplier’s liabilities under this contract exceed the purchase price of the device. In no event shall KI4U, Inc. or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. The NukAlert is an instrument for approximating radiation exposure, provided in good faith as a civil defense resource. It is the user’s responsibility to evaluate its applicability to his purposes.
